1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or inventory delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We currently offer shipping through:

  • Stallion Express

  • Canada Post

  • Local courier partners

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days

  • USA: 4–10 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or peak seasons.


3. Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions, if available, will be displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to customer error

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@cinnamonnbeyond.com.

For damaged items, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and package

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


7. International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

For other countries, please contact us before placing an order.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.


8. Local Pickup or Delivery

Local pickup or delivery options may be available in Calgary. If offered, details will be shown at checkout.
